A Lifetime of Experience
Owner and lead project manager Les MacLeod brings a lifetime of construction and building experience to our company. A lifelong craftsman, Les's formal introduction into the building trades happened as a teenager when he worked with a master carpenter from Scotland.
Les has worked in disaster restoration across the United States since 1982 and he has honed his skills in loss administration from catastrophic emergency response, water and structure mitigation, and on-site project management, estimating, sales, and marketing.
Les has qualified for contractor licenses in California, Florida, and Minnesota. He has also acquired a nationally certified mold remediation license.
Whether it's a minor $200 water leak repair or $5 million property damage, A & A Property Restoration's comprehensive approach and dependable, solutions-oriented approach gets you guaranteed results.
Les's experience stems from many major disasters that he's helped rebuild from, including the 1989 Loma Prieta earthquake in San Francisco, Hurricane Andrew in 1993, the 2004 Florida hurricanes, Hurricane Katrina in 2005, and Hurricane Ike in 2008. When he's not bringing properties back to their old selves, Les is an avid golfer. He also enjoys spending time with his wife, Judy, and their twin sons.
